Hymn of Equality
This belongs in the 'just have to share' category. Recently, Amy and I were at a worship service in a local church. A hymn was begun, and the whole congregation sang the following words:

"For woman and man,
a place at the table,
revising the roles,
deciding the share,
with wisdom and grace,
dividing the power,
for woman and man,
a system that's fair."

We looked at each other. How did equally shared parenting find us here? Is this some message from above? It certainly made us smile. Credit to text author Shirley Erena Murray.
